Please visit the official website Annabena , orders are shipped out on business days (Monday through Friday) , confirm the order and arrive within 4-7 days (within Taiwan main island). Please check for International shippings.
Why do I see some differences on the gemstone color / texture on the site?

How to return/ get exchange?
To return or get exchange, please keep the item package integrity, and send an email with your contact information to customer service : service@annabena.com. Our customer service representative will arrange to pick up the package and get exchange for you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange products, and also the comfirmation of the product defective that are not in a resalable condition.
